The indoor pool area is nice, but it closes early at 8 PM. Had issues with outdated decor and unhelpful staff during my stay. Enjoyed the escape room experience, very entertaining.

The indoor pool was nice and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff could be friendlier, and the casino area smelled strongly of smoke. Had fun at the games room, but the elevators were really slow. Would recommend for families, just don’t expect top-notch service.

Bally's Lake Tahoe Casino Resort offers a fantastic locale close to other casinos and easy access to the dressing rooms for events. The dining choices on-site were reasonably priced and tasty, making it convenient to enjoy a meal without venturing far from their rooms.

I had an absolute blast at this place! There was so much to do—pools, a spa, and even a nightclub! My friends and I enjoyed every moment, and the lively atmosphere just made it even better.

The staff is friendly and the place is kept spotless. The room is spacious with plenty of storage and a modern feel.
Parking can be a tight squeeze if you have a larger vehicle.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, which greatly contributed to a good night's sleep. the AC struggled to cool the space properly, and the connecting door's open position led to noise disturbances from the adjacent room. There was a shortage of pillows, but they were easily requested. The hot tub hours were disappointing, closing too early for a relaxing soak later in the evening. The convenience of the in-hotel Starbucks was a pleasant touch for morning coffee runs.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, but that’s where the positives ended. The room was a letdown—stains everywhere, outdated furniture, and a strange setup with the coffee pot in the bathroom. The shower was a nightmare, alternating between scalding and freezing, and the room wasn’t serviced during our stay. On the bright side, we loved the indoor pool and the location near shops, but staff were unhelpful, and dining options were limited with long wait times. It didn’t feel like a relaxing getaway, more like a frustrating experience.

The staff was friendly and ready to help. Convenient ski equipment hire and great prices made our trips to the slopes easy.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was still reasonable for what we got.

I loved that it was just a quick walk to Heavenly Village, where I found plenty of great dining options and charming shops, and so close to stunning places like Ski Run Marina and Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, allowing me to easily explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings; the room itself was spacious with a nice mountain view, although the hotel could benefit from some upkeep and attention to detail in cleanliness.

The shower handle was half broken, and the hot water barely worked. Plus, the room felt outdated and unkempt. For what I paid, I expected way better. Definitely not worth it.

Room 25 offered an amazing mountain view. I recommend requesting rooms 25, 27, and 29 for a similar experience. The location is excellent, and the parking is convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and promptly moved us after we discovered duct tape on our door latch—a security concern. The gym was conveniently located, and the indoor pool looked nice, though I found it a bit cool. Unfortunately, the hot water was inconsistent, a significant downside for tired skiers. While the staff was generally helpful, the lack of daily cleaning and inadequate amenities were disappointing. The carpet wasn't clean, and the arcade needs maintenance. Cleanliness and a well-functioning facility are essential.

I enjoyed the Montbleu Café and the arcade. The artificial waterfall made me feel like swimming in a mountain hole. The hotel provided an adrenaline-packed skiing experience followed by relaxing beach vibes.

Our room, , had some serious cleanliness issues. The carpet, walls, and furniture all had visible stains, making us question the cleanliness of the entire room. The curtains even had cigarette burn marks, which was quite off-putting. The strange placement of the coffee pot in the bathroom next to the toilet was definitely an odd choice. the location of the hotel was great, and the room itself was clean. the additional fees for parking and the lack of daily cleaning service were significant drawbacks. The price list in the room for misplaced items felt a bit unreasonable, as did the mandatory resort fee. The malfunctioning air conditioner in our first room was a major inconvenience, and the fact that it took multiple complaints to resolve the issue was frustrating. The lack of hot water during our stay was another letdown, especially after a long day of skiing. Bally's Lake Tahoe fell short of our expectations. The cleanliness issues and lack of some essential services made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

stayed at Bally's Lake Tahoe Casino Resort and enjoyed the clean and nice room with a fantastic view. the check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. the property had a wonderful restaurant for breakfast and dinner. the indoor pool was great for the kids, and the location was very close to the venue. Walking distance to local bars and casinos, with a nice view of the lake and golf course.

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing. The pool and hot tub were a blissful retreat, just the right temperatures for relaxation. Plus, the hotel's central location made it easy to stroll to the gondola for some mountain adventure.
The pillows were uncomfortable and caused neck pain. The absence of a microwave and refrigerator was inconvenient.

the rooms are spacious and nicely remodeled, and the bathrooms are big too. the indoor pool is a plus, and the casino has a good variety of games. the hotel staff is super helpful, and the cleaning crew is on top of things. the location is great - close to the BLU.

Our stay at the casino resort was fantastic overall. The manager resolved a room conflict by offering us a spacious suite at a great price. The suite was perfect for our family, very clean, and had a lovely view of the lake. The location was excellent, just minutes away from the marina, beach, and other attractions. We also enjoyed the indoor heated swimming pool and the proximity to activities like hiking, fishing, and golfing. The staff at the front desk and the bartenders at the main bar were friendly and helpful.
We had a negative encounter with a staff member at the main entrance. This incident definitely put a damper on our experience.
